A new national report card from the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) gave the nation’s infrastructure a D+ in 2013, which is slightly higher then a D in 2009.
The report also shows that Pennsylvania has more than 55 hundred bridges that aren’t up to par. This morning, the President of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Gregory DiLoreto, talked to WPMT FOX43 about the latest findings on PA infrastructure.
