Big honors for the Harley Davidson plant in York County as it’s the winner of the 2013 Pennsylvania Governor’s Award for Environmental Excellence.  The plant is receiving the award after restructuring work that was done to the facility in 2012.  The environmental manager of the plan says their goal was to leave the site in better condition then when it they first got it.  The Governor’s Award for Environmental Excellence is awarded each year to highlight environmental innovation and expertise across the state.
