Two York County men arrested for dealing heroin

On March 4th, Southwestern Regional Police Department and the York County Drug Task Force began a drug investigation in the area of East Third Avenue in Spring Grove. Police had received tips that individuals were selling heroin to Spring Grove residents as several locations in town.

Undercover officers purchased heroin from two suspects that were arrested. On March 4th, officers arrested 26-year old Timothy Ishway, of Dallastown. He has been charged with one felony count of Violation of a Controlled Substance.

On March 16th, officers arrested 18-year old Eduardo Fernandez, of Spring Grove, at his home. He is facing three counts of felony Violation of a Controlled Substance. Both were transported to York County Prison.
