They are a young team on the rise and tonight they have to settle for silver in the PIAA “AAAA” Championship. Cumberland Valley’s girls lose to a very experienced Spring-Ford team 60-45. They were within two points at halftime but end up losing by double digits. The Eagles ended up fifth in the district tournament so their run to the finals was a surprise. They return all but one player next season so big things will be expected of CV in the 2013-14 season.
