A disturbing case out of York County where 4 horses were found dead. The SPCA and Lower Windsor Township Police are looking into the possible poisoning of horses. Officials say Joseph Meyer owned the horses. Authorities say Meyer is not being charged with anything, but that he’s not fully cooperating with their investigation. The horses were sent to a lab in Harrisburg for tests.
