One man killed in Lebanon County motorcycle accident

A man was killed Wednesday afternoon after crashing his motorcycle in Millcreek Township. At around 4:55 p.m., emergency crews were dispatched to the 300 block of South Sheridan Road.

The motorcycle was the only vehicle involved in the crash. The victim’s name is being withheld at this time, pending notification of the family.

Anyone that witnessed the accident is asked to contact the Millcreek Township Police Department. The accident is still under investigation.

    Sad news. I saw comments on facebook about idiots on motorcycles. I don't know the circumstances of this accident, but not all motorcyclists are idiots. I for one am a motorcyclist and I am not an idiot when it comes to riding. Yes, there are some people that should be more careful out there, but a number of things could have caused the accident, not just speed or carelessness. People need to be more considerate of others. You never know, his family could read those comments.
