Veterans Benefit Help

The PA Department of Military and Veterans Affairs is reminding active military personnel, veterans and their dependents that they should never pay for help to apply for benefits. They’ve seen instances where businesses offer assistance for free but then charge a fee for financial planning services.  Officials say that shouldn’t happen because free services is always available.
