Lancaster County Officer honored

A  huge honor for a Lancaster County Police Officers who dedicates his life to protecting others.  The West Lampeter Township Police Department honoring Officer William Sanger as Officer of the Year for 2012.   Sanger is no stranger to the honor- after receiving it once before.  He’s the only officer to ever win the award twice.  He has received numerous letters of praise from both citizens and community organizations and has also been very instrumental working with the Neighborhood Crime Watch program in the Township.   He says he was much more surprised this time around and that’s it’s even more humbling.  Officer Sanger has been a member of the force for 12 years.
