Ravens Quarterback Joe Flacco is reportedly playing the role of Hall of Famer Johnny Unitas in an upcoming film called ‘Unitas We Stand.’ Flacco is playing the Baltimore Colts legendary quarterback in several scenes in the movie.
However a family feud has gone public with one of Unitas’ grandsons, John Unitas Jr., pitted against one of his sons, Joe Unitas, who is co-producer of the movie. John doesn’t feel that Flacco is good enough to portray his grandfather. Joe wrote a letter published in the Baltimore Sun Monday defending the decision to cast Flacco.
