Special Education Funding

Kids from Clark and DePaul Schools for hearing and speech putting on their best singing voices.  They were there to draw attention to the need for special education funding in Pennsylvania.  Senator Daylin Leach saying there isn’t enough money to go around to all the schools and special education programs that need it.  Parents agrees that must change.  Under the Governor’s current budget proposal there is a half percent cut to special education funding.
