ShootingCrimeSceenTape

A 22 year-old Penbrook man who went to play hoops with friends on Rolleston Street was shot in the leg. It happened Tuesday in the 1200 block of Rolleston Street. As the man stood on the sidewalk he heard a gunshot and realized that he was shot in the thigh.  A friend drove him to the emergency room.

The wounded man was not able to provide the names of anyone at the playground or identify the friend who drove him to the emergency room.  Officers checked the playground but did not find any witnesses or evidence.

The investigation continues and anyone having any information on this is asked to contact Lt. Robert Fegan at 717-255-3114 or email rfegan@cityofhbg.com to reach City detectives.

Anyone may also call the Dauphin County Police dispatch at 717-558-6900 and ask for a City detective.
