A Cumberland County judge says there’s enough evidence for  a U.S. Army War College colonel to face trial for allegedly having an estimated 30,000 images of child pornography on his computer.

Col. Robert J. Rice, 55, of Silver Spring Township, faces 130 counts of possession of child pornography.

His preliminary hearing was held at 9:30 a.m. on Monday before Magisterial District Judge Paula Correal in Mechanicsburg.
