A Lebanon County man is charged with deliberately setting a van on fire. It happened just before midnight on Thursday, May 9. The white colored van was parked in front of a home in the first block of Moravian Street in South Lebanon Township. The vehicles’s owner, 24 year old Ashlie Gulliver was awaken by the sound of breaking glass. Another witness heard a loud bang and saw flames coming from the back of the van. The fire was ruled Arson.
South Lebanon Township Police arrested 28 year old David M. Goodman-Hlavaty, of Annville, Wednesday evening. Charges against Goodman-Hlavaty include Risking Catastrophe and Recklessly Endangering Another Person. He was arraigned on Thursday and sent to Lebanon County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.
