Thefts from unlocked cars in Dover, Manchester Townships

The Northern York County Regional Police Department is investigating thefts from vehicles that have occurred in Dover Township betweenMay 12th and May 16th.

Unlocked vehicles were entered and had small amounts of change, cash, and tools were taken from them.  The thefts appear to have occurred during overnight hours on the following streets:

  • Strawbridge Court
  • Beaumont Road

There were similar thefts reported in Manchester Township last night.

Satellite radio equipment and papers were taken from the glove boxes of unlocked vehicles overnight on Willow Ridge Drive and Caspian Drive.

Residents are reminded to remove valuables from their vehicles and to make sure the vehicles are secured overnight.
