Police in York City are investigating a late-night shooting that left one man injured. Shots rang out around 11:30 p.m. on Monday along the first block of South Penn Street. The victim, Eric Richards, 30, of York was shot several times in the chest, according to police.
Richards was taken to York Hospital where he underwent surgery.
Police say two male suspects were seen fleeing the scene.
