SHARP DROP IN TEMPS
Overnight temperatures and humidity levels will plummet quickly as a second cold front pushes through. Winds will become quite breezy out of the northwest 10 to 20mph. Morning temperatures will be in the low to mid 60s and falling.
COOLER AND UNSETTLED FRIDAY
Upper level energy and colder air aloft keeps the clouds and threat for showers around much of Friday. Temperatures will be falling and highs in the afternoon will only be in the upper 50s. Winds will be blustery out of the northwest 10 to 20mph with gusts to 30mph. Dewpoints will fall to the 30s and 40s as drier air moves in.
HIGH PRESSURE IS OUR HOLIDAY FRIEND
The area should see plenty of sunshine for the holiday as high pressure builds in. Overnight lows will be cool in the 40s and highs Saturday remain in the 60s. But by Sunday will start to see a few areas hit 70°. Memorial Day looks very nice and almost perfect with plenty of sunshine and highs in the low 70s. Tuesday a few more clouds come in and highs warm a bit into the mid 70s.
WEEKEND BEACH FORECAST
Temperatures will be quite chilly over the weekend. Saturday the winds will be very breezy out of the northwest 20 to 25 mph but will be ease a bit by Sunday. Highs only in the 60s both days with a mix of clouds and sunshine.
90°IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER
A warm front pushes through Wednesday bringing the threat for a shower or thunderstorm. It will also usher in some heat. Temperatures could reach 90° by Thursday.
