No Charge at Artsfest

If you’re planning to stick around the area for the holiday weekend the 46th Annual Artsfest starts Saturday and runs through Monday in Harrisburg.  A welcome change this year the arts festival will be free to visitors.  New event organizer “Jump Street” took over operations from the Greater Harrisburg Arts Council.  Jump Street believes the $5 admission hurt turnout so they turned to sponsors and partners to cover costs.
