A Montgomery County teenager fatally stabbed his 17-year-old girlfriend Saturday night and left her body in a park, state police reported.
State police found the body of Julianne Leigh Siller, of Royersford, on a trail in Skippack Township Saturday night after the 16-year-old boy’s parents told police their son admitted attacking her.
The boy, who police did not identify, is being held by state police at Skippack until he goes before a judge later Sunday, police said.
