It’s the call every minor league player dreams of receiving from the parent club.  Harrisburg Senators starting pitcher Nathan Karns will make his Major League Baseball debut for the Nationals Tuesday Night against the Orioles.   Karns is 25 years old and has been very effective for the Senators so far in 2013.  Karns is 4-2 with a 4.60 ERA in nine starts this season with Harrisburg, posting 11.0 strikeouts per 9.0 innings.   He was named the Minor League Pitcher of the Year for the Nationals organization last season and now gets his shot to start in the big leagues.
