A WET 36 HOUR PERIOD

Two systems will keep our area wet.  A front coming in from the west is producing showers right now.  They may be heavy at times and will continue overnight.  Lows tonight expected in the low 60s.  Tomorrow Tropical Storm Andrea rides up the coast and keeps widespread showers in the area.  Total we could pick up by the time all is said and done 1-2” of rain with isolated heavier amounts close to 3”. Flooding is not a concern right now but you can expect minor rises along the smaller creeks and streams.

SOGGY END TO THE WEEK

WEEKEND OUTLOOK

Andrea will race northeastward tomorrow evening allowing us to dry out on Saturday.  There is a little chance for showers on Saturday but most of the area looks to dry out.  Highs will be warmer near 80° Sunday looking to be the best day with more sunshine and warmer temps in the low to mid 80s.

Weekend Outlook

IMPROVING FOR THE WEEKEND!

A LOOK AHEAD

Another system arrives on Monday bringing a return of scattered showers and possibly thunderstorms.  Highs around 80°.  Some models want to linger the wet weather into Tuesday so we will keep the chance in for now.  Highs Tuesday around 80°.  Looking much better in the middle of the week as we get rid of the rain chance and some clouds.  More sunshine will be nice keeping us dry with highs in the upper 70s to low 80s.

Take it easy on the roads with the wet weather!
