The National Weather Service in State College, PA has issued a Flood Watch for the entire region. It begins 2 A.M. Thursday and lasts through 8 P.M. Thursday. A storm system heading this way is expected to bring heavy showers and thunderstorms. Several rounds of showers and thunderstorms will bring the potential for localized flooding. This includes locations normally prone to flooding. Examples include low lying locations, areas along creek and streams, and poor drainage roads. Stay tuned for updates.
