A Hanover, York County man, is sentenced today to 20 years in federal prison in connection with two heroin overdose related deaths.  30 year old Zachary Aaron Staley was also ordered by Judge Sylvia Rambo to pay $19,024 in restitution.

According to court documents, in November 2007 and again in September 2008, Staley sold heroin to two people in Hanover, who died of overdoses after using the heroin Staley  sold them.

Staley was indicted in February 2012 on charges of distributing heroin resulting in two deaths, being a felon in possession of a firearm and using a firearm in relation to drug trafficking.  He pleaded guilty in January 2013.
