Police say a 4 month old infant suffered a fractured skull during an argument between the child’s parents. It happened on May 29th at a residence in the 3800 block of Crooked Hill Road, Susquehanna Township. Police were called to a domestic dispute and found the baby girl had been injured.

Through their investigation police discovered the child was being held by her mother while she argued with the father. The argument turned physical and the mother dropped the girl on her head, causing the injuries. Police say the mother was the aggressor in the dispute and her actions are what lead to the child being injured.  The mother, Courtney Brown, 23, has been charged with Endangering the Welfare of Children.  The child was treated for her injuries. She is currently in the custody of other family members, being supervised by Children and Youth Services.
