An Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory is in effect for Mifflin and Juniata counties.

The National Weather Service in State College, PA has issued and Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for Dauphin County until 8:45 P.M. Friday.  Showers and thunderstorms erupting out west and moving across the region could bring heavy downpours.  Radar estimates an inch per hour in some spots.  This can cause elevated level of water in small creeks, streams, and low lying urbanized areas.  This is especially likely for locations that experienced flooding on Thursday.
