Governor Corbett along with Department of Labor and Industry secretary Julia Hearthway announced a new addition to the job website JobGateway.gov at the Penn State Milton S. Hershey medical center today.  The site that launched in July of 2012 helps connect job seekers with employers.  JobGateway is free to both job seekers and employers.  People looking for work have access to a number of features including automatic job recommendations based on individual preferences and a dashboard that makes it easy to track and manage job applications.  The new search tool will make it easier to post and share job openings via Twitter, Faceook, LinkedIn, and Google+.  There is an average of 200,000 jobs posted on the site and 3,500 new postings everyday.
