Lancaster City/County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward up to $1000 for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of the person(s) responsible for the an arson in West Hempfield Township. A State Police Fire Marshall determined the fire at 1656 Stanley Avenue, Landisville on June 18th was a case of arson.
