Heavy rain will continue moving to the northeast.  It should be clear of the area by or close to 2am.  Reports are that well over several inches have fallen in York, Lancaster and Lebanon Counties, with Lebanon County getting hit the hardest.

FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS continue until 2am for Lancaster & York.  Do not attempt to drive through water coveredroadways at night.  It is too difficult to tell how deep the water is. Turn around don’t drown!!!

A FLOOD WARNING is in effect until 2:15am for urban areas and small streams in Southern Lebanon County.  Emergency Management and Law Enforcement Officials reported widespread flooding of streets and low lying areas throughout the city of Lebanon and locations to the south.  The steady rainfall will end around 1:30am with just a few linger showers through daybreak.   Water levels on streets and streams will recede quickly once the rain stops however, roads will likely remain closed for several more hours from washouts, debris or isolated fallen trees.  Areas that may experience flooding include:  Lebanon, Palmyra and Myerstown.

Severe Weather

Widespread fog is also expected to form by morning.  Visibility may be limited in some areas so be sure to use low beams and allow for some extra time.  The morning commute is likely to be a slow one.
