Rolling Stones’ front-man Mick Jagger should have had plenty of satisfaction over the past year.

That’s because a new study by the London School of Economics suggests people his age — 69 — typically enjoy one of their best years of their lives for happiness. But Jaggers’ golden year is about to end, as he turns 70 on Friday.

At the other end of the scale, actress Emma Watson should also be having a great year because she is 23. That’s the other peak year for human happiness, according to the researchers.

She’s not the only 23-year-old actress who has made a huge splash. So has the Twilight saga’s Kristen Stewart. But they could face increasing disappointment over the next four decades.

The team found that people in their mid 50’s are likely to be the most discontented because of feelings of regrets over missed opportunities.

69 has always been a good number for me.
Age was invented not created. Every moment should be happy but most people only look at the effect and not the cause. And depend on others to make their lives happier. If you go by age and act your age you will look and feel how others tell you you should look and feel.
If you go by how you want to look and feel you will be very happy.
Jesus once said an 85 year old man would not hesitate to ask a 7 day old child what life is. And how to be happy for a child has not grown up to be a son of mankind. They are still a son of God and have not yet seperated themselves from God and are still living God's way.
