REFRESHING: It’s here! The advertised cooler, drier and most importantly, less humid air is moving in this morning! A mild start with some fog will give way to eroding clouds during the day as drier air spills in behind the front. Highs today will hit the upper 70s to low 80s with a nice and comfortable northerly breeze. Tonight, open the windows! Temps fall into the upper 50s so you can give your AC a break for a few days and enjoy some fresh air.
Thursday looks sunny and nice with highs in the upper 70s. Friday, we’ll see a little more cloud cover and a bit more humidity with highs in the low 80s. The models are now developing a low off the coast during this time, so we’ll have to monitor this forecast for changes to add more clouds or rain. Right now, we look good!
WEEKEND: Energy aloft to our north will move a bit closer for the weekend. The models are trending toward keeping temps steady with a rise in humidity for Saturday and Sunday. Some storms may fire Saturday with added storms and clouds for Sunday. It looks like any rain will be intermittent and you’ll still have several hours of dry weather over the weekend. Much more to come in the days ahead.
NEXT WEEK: The showers should end by Monday as the upper level low wiggles north and drier air slips in on the back side. We’re beginning to clear Monday with sunshine and mild, seasonal weather for Tuesday.
