Lebanon City man charged in June shooting incident

A Lebanon City man is being held in $2 million bail on charges stemming from a shooting last month. Police arrested 22 year old Christopher James just before Noon Friday in the area of 8th Street and the Railroad.

James is alleged to have fired a gun at an occupied vehicle in the area of 5th and Guilford Streets at about 4:48 on Sunday, June 21.  No one was injured in the incident.  An arrest warrant was issued for James on Wednesday, July 24.  Charges against James include Criminal Attempt to Commit Homicide, Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Recklessly Endangering, Propulsion of Missiles onto Highway and Criminal Mischief.
