A controversial video posted by a Pennsylvania police chief sparked a heated debate in Schuylkill County.
The profanity laced video drew national attention when Chief Mark Kessler went on a rant about gun rights.
Tonight a council meeting was held to determine what action the borough would take.
Some came to the borough building calling for Kessler to be fired while his supporters showed up with firearms.
In the end Kessler received a 30 day suspension with no pay. A punishment neither side was happy with.
The mayor says until Chief Kessler returns to duty State Police will serve the borough.
