A suspicious persons call leads to a major drug bust in Dauphin County. A Susquehanna Township Police officer responding to the call at home in the 400 block of Cherrington Drive noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from the house. The odor became more apparent when a resident answered the door. Police asked for and obtained a search warrant for the home.
Upon searching the home, police located 53 mason jars filled with marijuana, $6650 in cash and drug paraphernalia. The evidence led to the arrest of 24 year old Amber Kristen Miller, who lived at the address, and 27 year old Andrew Patrick Barket, of Park Avenue, New Cumberland, Cumberland County.
Charges against the pair include Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Criminal Conspiracy.
Following arraignment bail for Miller was set at $200,000 and $300,000 for Barket.
