Both westbound lanes of Route 30 in Hellam Township in York County have reopened to traffic. Traffic along with the busy route near the School House Road overpass had been reduced to one lane due to sinkholes. The sinkholes were discovered at about 4 o’clock Thursday afternoon. PennDOT crews worked throughout the night determine the extent of the sinkholes and filling them in.
Repairs were completed just before 3 o’clock this afternoon.
