IT BEGINS: The front is passing this morning and the cooler and lower humidity air is arrives through the day today. Mainly cloudy skies early will gave way to plentiful sunshine this afternoon. Highs today top out in the low to mid 80s with a northwesterly breeze at times. A few showers are possible early to the west as a cluster of storms races to the south. Evening plans look amazing. Mainly clear skies prevail, with a light breeze and temperatures are working back down through the 70s. Tonight, we bottom out in the upper 50s!
WEEKEND: This may be the best weekend of summer. It’s sunny, warm and the humidity is held in check. High pressure keeps us dry. The mornings are cool and the days are mild to warm. Enjoy low 80s on both days.
BEACH: You picked a good beach weekend. Saturday and Sunday will feature temps in the middle to upper 70s all along the NJ/DE/MD shores with plenty of sunshine. It may be a bit breezy Saturday, but Sunday the breeze relaxes a bit. Water temps are in the mid 70s and Waves are 2-4 feet for the most part. Enjoy your trip!
NEXT WEEK: We begin the week with warmer air and plenty of sunshine. Mugginess creeps back in too. Tuesday into Wednesday, well watch a storm system slip in form the northwest ramping up our rain chances. We’re warm and muggy. The rain looks to clear to close out the week warm.
