A York County woman is facing charges after she trespassed in her neighbors home and urinated on their couch late Saturday night, police said.
Kimberly Crosier-Crowley, 55, of New Freedom, is charged with criminal trespass, loitering and prowling at night, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
According to police reports, Crosier-Crowley was intoxicated and pants-less when she ventured into her neighbors home along the first block of John Randolph Drive around 11:30 p.m. on Saturday.
When asked by the neighbor to leave–she refused and proceeded to urinate on the couch , police said.
The neighbor called 911 and Crosier-Crowley fled the scene. Police were able to catch up with her as she stumbled up the street.
Officers noted a strong smell of alcohol, urine and feces coming from Crosier-Crowley as they took her into custody.
She was released on $5,000 bail.
