I'm not surprised by this report. Ryan Newman is a stand-up guy. Unfortunately he has lost his ride with Stewart-Haas Racing. SHR has kept on Danica Patrick, a female who should not be in NASCAR (I can say that because I am a female and would be the first to cheer on a female contender, but she is not a contender), and Kurt Busch, a mealy mouthed bully who should have been ousted from NASCAR years ago. SHR is left with Kevin Harvick, a decent guy, and Tony Stewart, a stellar driver, who was duped by his partner, Haas, in the hiring of Kurt Busch. What is wrong with this picture?? So sad, I hope Ryan gets a sweet deal with another team, and can continue to be a top notch presence in NASCAR.
