A suspect in a series of York County produce stand thefts is arrested. Northern York County Regional Police Department took Travis Andrew Kemper age 27 of Dover Township into custody Friday morning.
Kemper was identified as the culprit by several tipsters that contact the police after photos of the suspect were posted on social and local media outlets.
He was arrested without incident at his place of employment in Conewago Township. Kemper drives a silver 2006 Honda Accord sedan seen in surveillance photos.
Charges against Kemper include Theft by Unlawful Taking, Receiving Stolen Property and Criminal Mischief. Police their investigation continues.
