Hanover Chili Cook-off

If you are a fan of spicy food, then the chili cook off in Hanover, Adams County was the place to be Sunday.  The best of the best in Pennyslvania entered their own award-winning chili into the 18th annual cook off.  Contestants were judged on six criteria including texture, blend of spices, and flavor.  The winner was awarded with 750 bucks in cash and entry into the world championship chili cook off.  But it wasn’t all about the chili, people also entered their best salsa into competition.
