Weis Markets in Lebanon is celebrating its grand re-opening. The store on 12th Street underwent a three million dollar facelift to upgrade multiple departments. As a result of the remodel, the store carries a wider variety of produce, a bigger deli selection, and a brand new floral department. As part of the grand re-opening the store gave back to local community organizations and charities to say thank you for supporting them during the construction project.
Dennis Curtin, Public Relations Manager for Weis Markets, “The celebration is part of us being done, we are having a grand reopening celebration, we gave to the local fire department, to a local family, vets feed families, and big brothers, big sisters. It is our way our saying thanks to a community that has long supported our stores. We believe in living local and giving local and that is what we did today”.
