One Lancaster man is in custody , another in critical condition after being shot in the neck. It happened around 5:25am Sunday at the Gas Mart on the 600 block of Columbia Avenue. Police say the victim, described only as a 22 year-old Lancaster man, was taken to the hospital then flown to Hershey Medical Center for surgery. Multiple witnesses told police what they saw and police worked the case throughout the day. They arrested Martwon Donte Johnson, 21, Sunday afternoon and charged him with attempted homicide and a host of other charges.
