Weis employee steals $13k worth of lottery tickets

An employee of Weis Markets is accused of stealing $13,200 worth of Pennsylvania Lottery scratch off tickets from the store at 5360 Lincoln Highway in Salisbury Township, Lancaster County. State Police say Melissa Forney, 35, of Coatesville, stole the tickets between June and August. She would then cash in the winners at locations in Lancaster and Chester Counties.
