A man is dead and another injured after a car crashed into a building in Clay Township late Friday night. It happened just before midnight near the intersection of East Burkholder Drive and Wood Corner Road.
According to police reports, 24-year-old Justin Michael Sweigart, of Reinholds, was driving east on East Burkholder Drive when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the Keystone Koating building.
Sweigart died at the scene.
His passenger, Robert Lee Marshall, 22, of Lititz, was taken to Lancaster General Hospital and later transferred to Hershey Medical Center.
Marshall is listed in critical condition.
The crash remains under investigation.
