Gov. Corbett met with families showing their cattle and took a tour at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex. The show will feature more than 2,400 of the best dairy cattle and alost 1,000 exhibitors.
On Sunday, six children won calves from some of the top breeders in the country. The show runs through Thursday.
“What we see here is the next generation and I think that’s so important,” said the Governor. “This is obviously something that’s been around for centuries and Pennsylvania, our number one industry is agrictulture, and I like to see that future continuing.”
