A Halifax man has been arrested and charged with inappropriately touching a 6-year-old girl he was babysitting.
David Michael Morgan Jr., 20, is charged with indecent assault, criminal solicitation/indecent exposure, corruption of minors and unlawful contact with a minor.
Police said Morgan had contact with the girl between Aug. 2012 and July 2013 while babysitting the child at a home in Halifax Borough.
According to police reports, Morgan repeatedly inappropriately touched the victim and asked to see her private parts on multiple occasions.
Morgan was arrested Monday and taken to Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $150,000 bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 17.
