Lancaster City Police are looking for the man they say exposed himself to a woman then masturbated in front of her and tried to reach up her skirt. It happened around 10pm on Sunday, September 8th, on the stairs to Redeemer Church, on the 500 block of Pearl Street.
The victim says she then ran from the area and the suspect fled on foot, last seen on Sixth Street. The suspect is decribed as a black male, in his 20’s, approximately 5′ 6″, 150 lbs. His hair is in short dreadlocks or braids.
