Its a battle of unbeatens in Lancaster County.  The Comets are 2 and 0 and they are getting ready for league play in the Lanc-Leb by taking on the Wildcats.

Todd Mealy, Penn Manor Head Coach

“Its the last game of our out of league season.  We segment our season.  We have preseason then our 3 games out of league so we zero in on that.  The final weeks we focus on our in league season so it would be nice for us to come out on Friday and play as close to perfectly as we can and finish this leg of the season before we start league play.”

Logan Kinser, Penn Manor FB/LB

“Its definitely will be a good game being at home.  We will have a lot of fans. They know what they are going to run, they know what we will run.  It will be a pretty even matchup as far as scoring I think.”

But Dallastown doesn’t give up that many points.  Last week they shut out West York and week 1, they gave up just 6 against Lancaster Catholic.  This game tonight, could be decided by the back-ups.

Kevin Myers, Dallastown Head Coach

“A game like this you can take out the best players and it will be the guys that you don’t hear about in the paper a lot.  They will have to do their jobs an they are the guys that are going to have win the game.  We both have playmakers.  It will be the grinders that are in there, those guys will win the game for the team that wins.”

Jonah Mays, Dallastown Linebacker

“I think it will be intense with away crowd and everything, it will be intense.  We are not going to let that effect us and try to get a win..”
