START OF SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL: High pressure will pretty much keep our forecast tranquil over the next seven days. We don’t see rain in the forecast until Sunday night! So, the first full week of fall looks to impress!
Today, we’re on the southern edge of a cool high pressure system. This will keep a few clouds in the picture and highs will only make it to the upper 60s. Tonight, we clear and cool rapidly as lows drop to the low 40s with some spots in the upper 30s.
CONTINUED TRANQUILITY: Tuesday, we nudge the high a bit north and allow some slightly warmer air to fill in. We’re talking sunny skies and highs in the low 70s. A weak wave may bring a few extra clouds for Wednesday as is passes, but we stay mild and dry with highs in the middle 70s. We’ll put the weather on repeat at this point. High pressure expands over the Northeast as the weather pattern holds in place. We’re sunny, dry, and mild with highs in the middle 70s through Saturday. Sunday, we watch our next front moving toward us, so expect partly cloudy skies as the only real change to the pattern. That’s it!
Enjoy this first full day of autumn! Have a spectacular Monday!
