Police in Cumberland County charge an Enola man in a drive-by shooting incident in East Pennsboro. It happened at about 8:50 pm on Thursday, September 19 in the 100 block of South Enola Drive. Police say 32 year old Brad Herrold fired one from a shotgun into a parked vehicle.
The incident may have stemmed from an argument Herrold had an hour earlier with the victim at the victim’s address concerning a union job offer. Herrold reported left the home once police were called, but he was heard saying that he would be back with a gun.
The shot was heard by several neighbors. Witnesses also identified Herrold as the shooter. He fled the scene in a small 4 door vehicle.
Charges against Herrold include Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Terroristic Threats, Carrying a Loaded Weapon, Driving under while Suspension, and Criminal Mischief.
Police also seized a shotgun from Herrold’s vehicle. No one was targeted in the shooting.
