Police have made an arrest in connection with a fatal hit and run in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County.
Authorities have charged Esther Candace Brubaker, 36, with homicide by vehicle and accidents involving death or personal injury.
Brubaker is accused of fleeing the scene after hitting and killing Jeremy Anderson along the 100 block of Balfour Drive around 5:45 p.m. on Monday.
Emergency responders found Anderson lying in the road at the end of his driveway. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to police reports, Anderson had noticeable tire marks on his body.
Brubaker was arraigned Tuesday morning in Cumberland County Prison. A judge set her bail at $1,000,000.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 9.
