On 10/03/13 at 0930 Hrs troopers and members from the USMS Middle District FTF did locate and arrest Hodge at his mothers West Mason Ave address. While being transported to the booking center Hodge stated that he knew he was in violation for not updating his address with Megans Law since he left Lancaster to York county in August 2013. The York City PD Detective that does Megan’s Law violations was contacted. Hodge was housed in the York County Prison.
